Twenty-three-foot tall lighted and rotating cardboard Moulin Rouge windmill is the centerpiece of Santa Cruz Museum of Art's Stars 15th annual gala ball and art auction.

Gallery Show Dag Weiser, Dylan Morgan and Boris Tyomkin -- themes of democracy, war, and madness featuring almost all new work and surprisingly little cardboard.
